Our vehicles
You have probably seen our fleet of blue vehicles out and about around Peterborough, whether they’re busy collecting waste, sweeping the roads or pruning trees.
We ran a competition with local schools to name our new bin lorries in 2022, which resulted in some great names from Marcus Trashford to Binnie the Pooh. We then added two electrical bin lorries to the fleet in 2023 and these were named Usain Volt and Electric Boogaloo!
We hear a lot of feedback from residents who enjoy spotting the different names on the road, particularly children. Download our bin lorry bingo card and keep them amused in the car! See if you can spot all 29.
