About us
Aragon Direct Services operate many essential services for the city on behalf of Peterborough City Council.
Our friendly team of over 360 staff work hard to deliver:
- Waste collection – we collect household, recycling, food and garden waste from all of Peterborough’s residents.
- Grounds maintenance – we look after many of the city’s parks, open spaces and the highway network, including planting thousands of trees across the city.
- Street care – regular sweeping, litter picking and emptying public bins to keep Peterborough clean.
- Cleaning and building maintenance – we look after a number of public buildings and educational establishments.
- Passenger transport – our drivers transport a large number of school and college students on a daily basis.
- MOT and vehicle maintenance – as well as looking after our own fleet of vehicles, we also carry out MOT testing for local taxis.
